Lancaster Legacy Label, First Edition – Forged from the spirit of remembrance and craftsmanship, the Lancaster Legacy Label pays tribute to one of the most iconic aircraft ever built — the Avro Lancaster, the backbone of RAF Bomber Command during the Second World War. Designed by Roy Chadwick and powered by four Rolls-Royce Merlin engines, the Lancaster became a symbol of courage, endurance, and precision. From the legendary Dambusters raid to the thousands of missions flown over Europe, it embodied the resilience of a generation.
Each bottle in this release features our UK-patented, laser-engraved Legacy Label and contains a genuine fragment of Avro Lancaster alloy, preserved within the label — a tangible link to the men and machines who carried the fight for freedom. While future Lancaster Legacy Labels may be released — perhaps as gin, rum, or other whisky expressions — this edition and this batch of Scotch will never be reproduced. It stands as the first and only expression of its kind, preserving the legacy of the Lancaster in this singular form.
Presentation – Every bottle is presented in a purpose-built stainless steel display case, individually foam-lined in black for protection and visual impact. The case features a sliding acrylic window, allowing the bottle to be displayed while safely enclosed. A bespoke stainless-steel pourer accompanies each release, completing the collector’s presentation.
