Return and Refund Policy - At Aero Craft Creations, each item we produce is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made or produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns - We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility Window; You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Condition; Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with all original packaging and any included documentation.
Exclusions;
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Opened Aero Craft Spirits products are non-returnable, due to safety and quality assurance regulations.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@aerocraftcreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds; In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned in damaged condition not due to our error).
Damaged or Defective Items - If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@aerocraftcreations.com with photographs and a description of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
