Photographer Collaboration Program
Partner with Aero Craft Creations and turn your best aviation shots into collectible art - At Aero Craft Creations, we’re proud to work with photographers who capture the thrill, precision, and beauty of flight. Our Photo Edition panels aren’t just decorative—they’re engineered pieces of art, handcrafted to reflect the spirit of aviation. This program offers a rewarding way for photographers to showcase their work, reach aviation collectors, and earn commission through a transparent and collaborative model. We offer two ways to participate, as a Sponsored Artist, or under the Artist Contribution Model.
Sponsored Artist Model - A small number of photographers will be chozen for fully sponsored collaborations, if selected:
- We will cover the full production cost of creating your first panel, which will be added to our stock and offered for sale.
- Your panel may be featured in our advertising campaigns.
- You will be credited as the artist and receive a commission on every sale.
Selections under the Sponsored Artist Model are limited and based on what we feel will resonate with our audience and complement our creative vision. We are not professional photographers, and our choices should never be viewed as a critique of your work if not selected. It’s simply about finding the right fit for the moment—not a reflection of your talent or artistic value.
Artist Contribution Model - If you’re not selected for sponsorship, we may invite you to collaborate by contributing towards the manufacturing cost of your first panel.
- You cover the manufacturing cost of your first panel to be offered for resale, at a reduced contributor's rate of either £150 for a Classic Metal Print, or £195 for an Aero Craft Printed Panel, your choice.- Your panel may be featured in our advertising campaigns.
- You will be credited as the artist and will receive a commission on every copy sold.
This model enables us to collaborate with a broader range of artists while upholding our high standards of quality and presentation—offering greater flexibility and a lower entry cost without compromising on professionalism.
How It Works - If you partner with us, through either of the above two pathways, we’ll produce a Photo Edition panel using your image. Once the piece is built, it will be listed for sale in our online store. We actively run Google Ads campaigns and may feature your panel in our advertising to help drive sales, with each sale you will earn a commission. Here is how the process works:
- Submit your images, how to details below.- If selected, we’ll confirm if under the Sponsored Artist, or the Artist Contribution Model.
- You choose your preferred format: Classic Metal Print or Metal Print Panel.
- Once your panel is produced, we’ll prepare your listing.
- We promote it through our platform and advertising.
- You earn commission on every copy sold.
You’re also welcome to propose a higher retail price if you feel your work warrants a premium. All pricing and commission are agreed before production. This model encourages shared visibility—you promote your panel through your channels, and we promote it through ours—creating genuine partnerships that bring exceptional aviation art to collectors around the world.
What We’re Looking For - High-resolution aviation photography that captures the spirit of flight—whether in motion, at rest, or in a quiet moment of engineering beauty. Both civilian and military aircraft are welcome. Here’s what we look for:
- Original, well-composed, high-resolution images.- Aircraft-focused content.
- Your own original work—you must hold full rights to the image.
We’re not here to critique—we’re here to collaborate. If a photo isn’t quite suitable for print, we’ll always offer honest and respectful feedback before moving forward.
How to Submit Your Work - To express your interest in the Photo Collaboration Program, please complete our Online Submission Form. If you experience any issues with the form, or prefer to get in touch directly, you're also welcome to email us via your contact below, please include the following:
- Up to 5 watermarked images (JPG, PNG, or TIFF)
- Your full name.
- A short background or bio.
- A link to your portfolio or social media (if available).
- A brief confirmation that the work is your own.
